We don’t want your unwanted clothes to go to waste, so we are excited to be partnering with The Salvation Army to provide a charitable and sustainable solution where our UK customers can donate any brand of clothing via our take-back programme, in partnership with The Salvation Army.
If you have clothes that you no longer want, give them a second life by adding a Salvation Army Bag to your order. You can fill it with 6 of your unwanted clothing items and send it on to charity, where it will be distributed to charity stores or recycled. Hassle-free and more sustainable!
HOW CAN I DONATE?
- Add The Salvation Army Bag to your basket
- Once you’ve received your bag, fill it with 6 items of clothing (from any retailer)
- Scan the QR code on the bag, which will take you to our take-back portal
- Pick which delivery method is best for you. You can choose between, DPD (printer needed) or Collect+ and InPost (no printer needed)
- You’ll then receive an email. From there download the attached QR code/label and take your parcel to the local drop-off

Prompt shipping and expert packing
Our long-standing relationship with UPS FedEx DHL and other international carriers gives us the ability to provide a range of shipping services. Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will pack your products according to our precise and accurate specifications. Before shipping, all goods are thoroughly inspected and secured. We deliver to thousands of clients every day from all over the world. The fact that we're determined to become the largest online retailer in the world is clear. Both Europe as well as the USA have distribution and warehouse centers.
Orders with more than one item are given processing time for each item.
We will inspect each and every one of the items ordered before shipping. Most orders are now shipped within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It is not managed entirely by us since we are involved with multiple entities, including the factory and the storage. Stocks can be changed at any moment. It's possible that the stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase if it has been 30 days from the date of purchase.
The item should not be used and in the original packaging. It must also be in the original package.
